1. General
BH-03 type CO High Temperature shift catalyst, taken Fe2O3 as active component and Cr2O3 as co-catalyst with additional small amount of other promoters, is produced with advanced technical process. It is suitable for CO shift process of energy saving type used in synthetic ammonia and hydrogen plants etc. under low steam/gas ratio condition.
Catalyst BH-03 is a new generation energy saving catalyst produced by international state-of-art production technology. It not only has the complete features of high operating strength, wide-range temperature, good low temperature activity, low sulfur content in the mass, no special time arranged for sulfur releasing and better steam condensation resistance, but also is more suitable for low steam/gas ratio condition and efficiently inhibit the Fischer-Tropsch reaction.
Catalyst BH-03 is used to CO contained in shift rich hydrogen flow under the low steam/gas ratio. More hydrogen can be produced through the following reaction:
CO+H2O=CO2+H2+41.19KJ/mol
It can also purify the hydrogen at the same time.
Catalyst BH-03 has two outstanding features:
First, During the reduction, the particles of the catalyst varied in visual volume are hardly caused. Thus ensure strength of operation and long life of the catalyst after reduction.
Second, the high options of the catalyst can increase low temperature activity of Fe-Cr HT shift catalyst, traditionally taking Fe2O3 as active component.
